What Is the Academy?
The Academy was created to share the idea that while technique matters, the way you see matters more. Whether you use a smartphone or a professional camera, the goal is the same: to help you create images that truly convey what you want to say.
If you feel that, no matter how much effort you put into your photography, your images don’t quite convey what you have in mind, these courses can help you see things differently.
Each course combines technique, composition, editing and a different way of looking at light, composition and storytelling, so you can keep learning and enjoying photography, whatever your level of experience.
My goal isn’t to teach you to copy someone else’s style, but to help you develop your own.

Why Learn with Me?
I’ve helped thousands of people discover a new way of seeing.
My experience as a documentary wedding photographer, teacher and speaker has taught me something very simple: learning photography shouldn’t be about memorizing rules. It’s about developing your own judgment.
That’s what I try to bring to every class.
Photography has taken me around the world, given me the opportunity to photograph hundreds of stories, teach at international conferences and, most importantly, the honor of photographing Lionel Messi and Antonela Roccuzzo’s wedding.
Beyond all of that, photography has taught me a way of seeing that I now want to share with everyone who joins the Academy.
